    The Small Print
    (1) Payment: Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice, one week prior to the course. (2) Refunds/cancellation charges: Made up to three weeks before the course: full refund/no cancellation charge. Made up to one week before the course: 50% refund/cancellation charge. Within one week of the course: no refund/100% cancellation charge. Substitutions can be made at no cost right up until the day. (3) Cancellation by us: 100% refund + 10% discount on our next event. (4) Intellectual property: All of our training materials and business approaches are proprietary to The Universal Improvement Company and must be treated confidentially by course delegates. Reproduction of our training materials in any format requires our prior written consent.
